We accept returns for the following reasons:

1. Defective product: If you receive a shoe with a defect, we will accept the return and give you a full refund or send you a replacement.

2. Wrong size or style: If we accidentally send you the wrong size or style, we will accept the return exchange of the shoes for the right size or style.

3. are dissatisfied with the product: If you are not satisfied with the shoe for a valid reason

We do not accept returns for any other reason as these are handmade products.

To initiate a return, you must contact us via our live chat or email our customer service. You must provide us with the order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process.

Recycled Nylon

Our recycled nylon is transformed from a variety of materials, like carpet and used fish nets. The nylon is cleaned, sorted, and converted into flakes, all before undergoing a chemical or mechanical recycling process. The new recycled nylon yarn reduces our carbon emissions by up to 50% compared to virgin nylon.

Sustainable Cotton

As of 2022, 100% of the cotton we use across our entire product line is certified organic, recycled, or Better Cotton sourced through the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI). BCI works to improve cotton farming globally, sourcing cotton through a system of Mass Balance. All of our organic cotton is grown without fossil fuel-derived pesticides or synthetic fertilizers and we also recycle more than 1.5 million pounds of cotton each year.
